In what has undoubtedly been a mind-bending week, with both the results of the 2016 election turning life on its proverbial head and marijuana being legalized in some capacity in eight states, there is some additional solace coming our way, in the way of humor.
Saturday Night Live has dropped the first promo announcing that this weekend Dave Chappelle makes his return to the airwaves. It is also the first time he will have the honor of hosting the celebrated show.
The fun doesn't stop there; Chappelle will be flanked by musical guests A Tribe Called Quest. The members of the perennial Native Tongues collective just released their final album We got if from Here…Thank You For Your service (their first release in 18 years) and will be bringing some positivity and good audible vibes to a week marred with discontent.
