Drake fans are going crazy over the fact that the rapper shaved his beard after an appearance onThe Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon the other night.
Drake posted (then deleted) a picture on himself on his Instagram page shaved clean and the internet went nuts.
“Beard making an epic comeback in 2 weeks….only for you @nbcsnl, TUNE IN TMRW NIGHT AT 11:30 on NBC” Drake captioned the picture.
After the pic went viral fans posted their dismay about the @champagnepapi cutting his beard off with one fan posting, “drake… shaved… his BEARD… I feel so betrayed”.
Drake went from a sharp faced beard to a baby face he once was but the rapper then deleted the picture shortly after it went live.
The Grammy award winning artist just recently released his album, Views, which hit #1 U.S. album on the Billboard Charts. The Views rapper is set to host and musical guest of Saturday Night Live this coming Saturday, May 14th. He hosted the show back in 2014 and the appearance showcased the rappers acting skills (we miss you, Jimmy Brooks).
Drake has a busy road ahead of him as the Toronto rapper will be heading out with Future on the “Summer Sixteen” tour later this summer. At this rate fans will probably be watching his every move now that he’ll be in the spotlight for the next few months.
