“For all my Southside niggas that know me best, I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex. Why? I made that bitch famous.” These lyrics from Kanye West’s “Famous” have sparked a bitter correspondence in the media between the rapper and Taylor Swift. Swift adamantly denied reports that she approved the line before TLOP was released, but new video footage posted to Kim Kardashian’s Snapchat tells a different story.

The footage was apparently recorded by documentarians which West hires for the creation of all his albums, and shows excerpts of the conversation. West clearly recited the lyrics for Swift, who approves and then jokes about it. Swift remained firm in her stance by taking to Instagram to say that she did not approve the line or the song.

That moment when Kanye West secretly records your phone call, then Kim posts it on the Internet.

Depending on where the conversation took place, legal action will likely be taken on the part of Swift since video was released of a conversation she believed to be private. Recording laws vary state to state, so sit back and watch the madness unfold.
