Yeastie Boys owner Evan Fox, who lived in New York for two years, has created a  Los Angeles-based food-truck with a cult-like following.  Loyal customers are willing to stand in lengthy lines to munch on the offerings for breakfast or mid-day munchies.

In this episode of Highly Productive we rise, shine, wake and bake with Yeastie Boys Bagels CEO Fox, who isn't shy about his passion for cannabis.  The tip jar on the counter of the truck, for instance, the tip jar in the food truck reads "Weed Fund".  As a chef and businessman Fox turns to marijuana for both level-headedness and creativity in the busy food industry.

Fans use Twitter to track down the truck with pop-up locations in Silver Lake and  Downtown Los Angeles. The self-proclaimed #BagelLords can also be regularly found at Alfred 's in West Hollywood. Favorites include the breakfast bagel with soft scrambled egg, sliced tomato, applewood smoked bacon, beer cheese and jalapeno spread and the "MILF"  a bagel with Nutella, sliced banana and cream cheese. (Yum!)

Spend a day in the life of one of LA's hidden gems as we debunk the myth of the lazy stoner. Highly Productive is a MERRY JANE original series profiling influential career-driven professionals who partake in cannabis either recreationally or for medicinal purposes.
