Kodak Black made a splash earlier this year landing a coveted spot in XXL's 2016 freshman class. Not much celebrating took place, however, as Black spent a majority of the summer in a Florida jail.

Initial reports seemed to point toward Black being released at the end of August, until two more outstanding warrants from South Carolina for an accused sexual assault and drug charges were discovered during his release processing.

On Monday, Kodak pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor drug charge and possession of drug paraphernalia before a judge in St. Lucie. The judge officially sentenced him to 120 days in county jail. However, there’s a good chance Kodak will be released early as the court is taking his time already spent in jail into consideration. His license will be suspended for a year and he will have to pay a $298 fine.

There is no word on his status in regards to the South Carolina charges so we’ll have to see how it plays out. However, his tentative release date from Florida county jail is set for November 30.
