Who is Lance Skiiiwalker?

There was some speculation as to who Lance Skiiiwalker was, with TDE artists Kendrick Lamar, ScHoolboy Q, and Jay Rock randomly tweeting the artist’s name at one point which built up some mystery. Many began to ponder if the singer/rapper was signed to TDE because of the tweets.

The crooner appeared on Jay Rock’s latest album, 90059, with a stand-out contribution to the track “Money Trees Deuce.” Beyond that, little to no information was given beyond that.

Now, it has been revealed via a press release that the mysterious artist has just signed a fresh deal with Top Dawg Entertainment, and is crafting an album titled Introverted Intuition. The first track from that project is called “Speed”.

The Rocket-produced track has different vibes, with a heavy drum break and a lingering melody which slowly begins to creep out towards the latter half of the song. There is no word on the official release date for the artist’s project, but in the meantime listen to “Speed” below.
