With more and more states legalizing the leaf either medically or recreationally, law enforcement is faced with the tough task of determining how to identify drivers under the influence of marijuana. Since the Trump administration has tasked the Department of Transportation to investigate the matter, we can expect much time and many resources will be devoted to it. 

So far, quick detection methods such as saliva tests have proven unreliable, and blood tests are unable to differentiate between a chronic cannabis user and someone who is sky high at the time they are given the test. 

Since there seems to be no shortage of opinions regarding the issue, our MERRY JANE News correspondent Adrian Nuñez hit the streets of Los Angeles to ask the people what they think.
